The European Commission has published its 2010 Competition Policy Newsletter. The Commission’s newsletter includes articles on the European banking and shipping sectors, patent ambush in standard-setting, cartels (including parental liability and heat stabilisers cartels), mergers (including European developments and a commentary on the Panasonic/Sanyo transaction) and state aid.
