Steve Szentesi and Tom Hakemi will be presenting a lunch and learn seminar at Synergy Business Lawyers in Vancouver on December 17, 2010.

The seminar will include an overview of Canadian competition law and enforcement, the 2009 and 2010 Competition Act amendments, key competition law issues that arise in a business law practice (including in relation to joint venture and strategic alliances, mergers, commercial agreements, restrictive covenants, advertising and marketing for business law clients and participation in trade association activities).
