In R. v. Albany Felt Co. of Canada, members of a felt-makers trade association were accused of conspiracy to unduly lessen competition for wet felt (used in the manufacturer of paper).  The accused, who met regularly through the Canadian Felt Association, adopted identical prices, discounts and payment terms and divided markets with British and European felt manufacturers.  The Court found the members of the association guilty, relying in large part on evidence of frequent meetings and identical pricing and sale terms among the parties.
