The Canadian Bar Association is hosting its annual CBA Competition Law Spring Conference in Toronto on May 25, 2017 (Chaired by Nikiforos Iatrou).

With everything from consent agreements to section 11 orders becoming more and more contentious, and with a series of recent plaintiff-friendly class action decisions coming out of the courts in BC and Ontario, competition lawyers of all stripes are deepening their litigation and advocacy skills and know-how to address their clients’ needs. Join us on May 25, 2017 for the latest developments from the Bureau, the Tribunal and the Courts.  Topics on the table also include the public consultations on immunity and leniency, the new mediation process at the Tribunal, and the prospect for a unified abuse of dominance provision with private access and damages.
