The National Competition Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association has published its Spring 2014 edition of the Canadian Competition Law Review.
The new edition includes articles on: The Failing Firm: Re-examining Canada’s Approach to Rescue Mergers in Light of the U.S. and EU Experience; An Interview with the Commissioner of Competition, John Pecman; The Criminal Liability of Organizations for Economic Crimes; and the Characterization of the Concept of Abuse in the Regulation of the Dominant Position of Companies.
Comments in this edition: An Economic Perspective on the Recent Indirect Purchaser Rulings by the Supreme Court of Canada; Offensive Passing On: The Supreme Court of Canada’s Indirect Purchaser Trilogy; and Section 11: Good, Bad and Ambiguous.
