Yesterday and today the American Antitrust Institute (AAI) announced a call for entries for its AAI 2014 Antitrust Enforcement Awards and posted audio sessions from its 2014 Annual Conference on the theme of efficiency within antitrust analysis.

From the AAI (2014 Annual Conference sessions):

“Listen to panelists examine the concept of efficiency within antitrust analysis at the AAI Annual Conference which was held on June 19, 2014 in Washington DC. Panelists considered the nature of this concept, its influence and its limits, including critiques and whether certain inefficiencies currently excluded from consideration should be netted out. Five CLE credits were available to attendees.  View all event materials and presentations in our Events section.”
