From the CBA:

“We are looking for articles for the 2014 Spring issue of The Marker, the newsletter of the Criminal Matters Committee of the CBA National Competition Law Section.  Articles should be on topics relevant to criminal matters under the Competition Act. Length is flexible, but most articles will be in a range from 1500 to 5000 words.  If you have an idea for a possible article, please send it to the newsletter editor, Eric J.
