Earlier today, the OECD published a multi-year roundup of recent years’ Best Practice Roundtables on Competition Policy (see: Best Practice Roundtables on Competition Policies).
From the OECD:
“The Competition Committee, its working parties and the Global Forum on Competition promote regular exchanges of views and analysis on competition policy issues. As a result, several Best Practice Roundtables as well as occasional Hearing Sessions are held every year on a variety of topics. The documents listed below comprise proceedings from these discussions and include submissions from participating countries on national policy as well as from invited experts.”
The OECD’s recent years’ output includes multi-nation surveys of competition law, policy and enforcement in the areas of cartels, unilateral conduct (i.e., monopolies/abuse of dominance) and mergers, among other areas.
