TOM HAKEMI

Tom Hakemi, who works on projects with us from time-to-time, is experienced in advising individuals, private and public companies, as well as professional organizations, in a broad range of commercial civil litigations and government investigations.

He has represented clients before courts and regulatory agencies in Canada and in the United States, such as the British Columbia Securities Commission and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He has represented clients in arbitrations before various tribunals, including the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He advises clients before disputes materialize and throughout mediations, litigations and appeals.
